Annual family retreats and events are held at various locations
around the state on specific topics of interest. Events may include ski trips,
museum outings, technology workshops, concerts or other special events, often
at a location of interest to children and adults. Child care is usually available.
Detailed event schedules are published in the MPVI Quarterly Newsletter. Please be sure to read these newsletters as they provide important information regarding blindness related issues and upcoming events. Events hosted by organizations other than MPVI can be found in the recent newsletter link.

June 22, 2010, 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. - 2nd Annual Braille-a-Thon sponsored by the Quality Education Team for Students who are Blind or Visually Impaired and MPVI. South Lawn of the Michigan Capitol Building, Lansing - lots of fun! Registration forms are in the May 2010 MPVI newsletter.
